- EQUADIN is a highly potent α2-adrenoceptor agonist in CNS
- Analgesic effect and inhibition of pain impulse transmission in CNS
- EQUADIN has a sedative-tranquillizing effect but not a hypnotic substance

- Each ml contains Detomidine hydrochloride 10mg
+ Indications
- Sedation of horse and cattle
– Minor surgical operations, examinations, transports, treatment and medication
+ Dosage & Administration
Administer by I.M or I.V.
- For sedation
– Tractableness 20~40㎍/kg
– Sedation, Analgesia40~80㎍/kg - To prolong the effect (2~6 hours), 0.8~1.5ml/100kg can be administered
- Administration can be repeated after 15 minutes if necessary
